Shipping Policy

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Free shipping is available on all orders over €100. For orders below €100, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

 For international orders, please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages 

Fureli Goods is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
